It is a crime, as per Swedish law, to take out parental benefits if the beneficiary is not living in the country. It is also a crime to be registered in Sweden as resident while living and working abroad.
Even more interestingly, Dr Fazly has, among others, received Swedish ambassador at the palace. Must have been quite a scene.
