The biggest intellectual risk to currently take is to examine what a person, & a society, are like when they have decolonized from the patriarchy. That's a truly challenging idea, and it makes the world AROUND the students uncomfortable.
So it demand the inquiry shut down.

What I wouldn't give to be able to *reason* someone out of their misogyny.

We can't even reason huge swaths of people out of believing in trickle-down economics and the rich as job creators, and we have actual empirical *evidence* for that.
