Many seem confused about where the probes are headed towards in the #SushantSinghRajput death case.
This confusion is compounded by an overdose of information on news channels.
Here's why the #SSRDeathCase might take a turn towards homicide from suicide.

Thread starts.
First, why I used the term "homicide" and not "murder".
It's because #SSRDeathCase is increasingly looking like a crime under IPC section 304 or Culpable Homicide not amounting to Murder.
This is a crime which isn't classified as Murder but also accepts that the person was killed
On TV, many anchors are saying that #SSRDeathCase is not murder. Trusted CBI sources have told them that it is not murder.
But the information that it is yet to come out is that this looks like a case of Homicide where Sushant was driven towards certain death by deliberate means.
We should remember that CBI has stepped into this case very late and at a time when some evidence were either missing or unavailable.
To frame a murder charge you need admissible evidence, otherwise the case will not stand the scrutiny of the court.
The accused will go scot free.
Now that I have told you the plausible destination where the case is headed towards, let me explain how the case is progressing and what are the roles that the three agencies (CBI, ED and NCB) are playing. Why this case will meet a logical end and not going haywire.
First up, NCB
The Narcotics Control Bureau has come in as it has been revealed that Sushant Singh Rajput was being given drugs. We are not talking about weed or hash here. We are talking about Narcotics here.
Let's understand why drugs play an important role in this case and why it's important
When you are given banned substances like Cocaine, MDMA etc your brain immediately feels ecstatic as happy hormones are released in large quantities.
But when the effect wears off, you are plunged into depression.
Example: Cocaine is known to induce Depression among most addicts.
When you are taking in banned substances (like Cocaine), it's easy to believe that you are Bipolar.
When you take Narco you feel really happy and immediately after waking up, you feel very sad.
Does this mean you are Depressed? No. It's artificially induced in your body by Narco.
TV news has established that Sushant was given drugs. Narco comes in various forms (like liquid).
Now, was it being given without his knowledge in his tea?
Was somebody telling him that they were medicines?
But it immediately made him sleepy and then he woke up sad and depressed?
A little drug overdose renders a person incapable. He can't think or defend himself physically.
Large overdose of Narcotics will cause death.
In the USA alone last year, 70,980 people died of overdose.
Is it a possibility that Sushant was given an overdose by accident or mistake?
This is where NCB comes in. They are investigating this angle. The questions being pursued are:
Who got the drugs?
Who supplied?
In what form was it procured and then administered?
Was large quantities procured, stored in the house and then given to Sushant in smaller doses?
What was the need to induce Depression into a talented person like Sushant? Why make him incapable of taking decisions and then convince him that he was Bipolar?
The answer lies in his financial deals.
Sushant had made good money for a middle-class boy.
This is where ED steps in.
The ED investigation will establish the criminal motive, which like most other crimes, is money.
Sushant's money was being siphoned off and taken away while he was rendered incapable by Narcotics.
If Sushant was in his senses, he wouldn't have let anybody take his money like that
The ED investigations are important as it establishes the motive of the crime. Remember, no crime is committed without a motive which needs to be established in court. Only sociopaths act without motive.
That's why Sushant's bank accounts and financial deals are being scrutinised
Finally, let me zero in on the CBI investigations.
The CBI is more concerned with the exact sequence of events that preceded the alleged crime.
The questions that CBI is pursuing are:
Was there a verbal altercation or did Sushant finally revolt against what was being done to him?
Did Sushant realise that they were giving him narcotics and then he threatened to expose the Bollywood drug mafia?
Imagine, what would a person do who accidentally discovers that his Depression and Bipolarity was induced by drugs because some people were after his money
Sushant had the celebrity status to expose the drug mafia. That was the only way out in case he was being controlled by drugs.
So, the plausible theory is that he was given an overdose and then the scene was dressed up to look like a suicide.
That is what the CBI is looking into.
Sushant couldn't have died by suicide. There're allegations of assault marks on his body, bones being broken, scene getting dressed up and delay of medical help. All this points towards a possible homicide where circumstances were created for a certain death without actual murder
If a cartel is threatened, they will not only eliminate the primary threat but anybody else who might know details of how Sushant may have been planning to fight back.
So other recent deaths might be linked with Sushant too.
And yes, a drug mafia will use drugs to kill. Not a gun
This is how the Central agencies are probing three different aspects of the #SSRDeathCase and this is how the probe is possibly heading towards one common goal:
To find out who caused the death of Sushant.
A possible homicide but may not be murder.
Let truth prevail.
