It's tragic that a lot of women feel the need to stop supporting #BLM (a movement which has grown way beyond the American confines which gave it birth) because some of its adherents support gender identity ideology.
I have misgivings regarding certain iterations in anti-racism activism especially where it unlinks from a proper analysis of class. However, it would never even cross my mind to withdraw my support for the #BLM movement precisely because it's managed to grow beyond their founders
The great thing to me about when movements grow is that they attract people from all over the place and politicians can't quite deal with that because in that space people can make demands which often reach beyond specific people to all people.
So, I move with the movement.
As for Posie Parker, yes her language is accessible. She calls a spade a spade... I mean, a man a man.

The racism she displays has also been accessible and for a lot longer than she's been alive.
It is possible to defend women without blaming a whole minority community for CSE. It is possible to defend women without seeking the dismantling of mechanisms designed to address racism. It is possible to defend women without adding to the othering of women and girls who fall...
... prey to the misogyny of the medical profession.

Finally, and as always, I strongly reject the idea of the "unacceptable woman". I grew my stance not as a result of feminist struggles but from anti-racist ones.

However…
Don't ask me to stand with or beside Posie Parker when she makes it all too clear she'd not stand with or beside me going by the words she speaks or by the company she keeps.
You don't need a feminist analysis to recognise racism.
With that, I'm going back to spoiling my niece not least because she's wise and fun and a breath of fresh air with her talk of brothers and sisters of the heart and her making rainbows in her dolls hair. I might get into trouble with her mum and it'll be totally worth it. 🤭
