China has strategically safeguarded its domestic industries to create jobs, industry, and value for China rather than making China a passive market for Western profiteering.

Western attacks on China's economic policy focus on state subsidies, state-owned enterprises, restrictions on foreign capital, and intellectual property transfers.

All policies that have fostered domestic industry and prevented China's subjugation to Western capital.

10 years ago Facebook thought it could expand its digital empire and turn China into its largest user base.
