Small rant time cuz SOMEONE fucked up and I need to stop myself from sending a nasty email.

How I wasted my WHOLE DAY yesterday.

I needed to take my car in for an oil change, and got a tire balance and my A/C fixed cuz I'm stubborn and have been driving since last summer with heat but no A/C.

8 am; drop the car off and walk to a restaurant I've been going to since it was a Big Boy. That was two restaurants ago. After 9:30 I decide I've had enough coffee and overhearing "The kids just need to be in schools, they'll be fine" talk.

I take my sweet time, get back to the dealership at 10:30. Wait.

I chat with my #Betterhelp therapist for the first time while I'm there.

I send emails to close on my house this week while I'm there.

3:00 rolls around. Barnaby is home and wants to know how much longer. I wait until the other customers have come and gone and go ask.

My car's been ready. Since 8:51.

Not the first time they've done this. I've changed the number they have on my account before when my parents disconnected their house phone YEARS ago. They still called it.

Fine, okay. But now I'm suspicious that my A/C was fixed along with my oil and tires in under an hour. The cashier checks.

My A/C wasn't fixed. It wasn't touched. They didn't have it listed to be fixed.

So I waited 5 hours. To have 2/3 of the work completed.

I'm still pissed.

To add to the shit sundae, I passed a Tr*mp event at an Italian-American cultural center. Out of respect for Italian-Americans I won't make any Mafia jokes I was thinking at the time.
