I have no confidence that the @nationalexpress coach I’m on has been cleaned recently. What is your official stance on the cleanliness of your coaches during a global pandemic?

Just from my seat I can see thick dust, a used plaster ... and the grimy door handle to the loo

And don’t get me started on the handles to assist people getting off of the seats. The two in front of me are encrusted in dust. Absolutely disgraceful considering your website says this:

That black stuff inside the toilet door handle... is dust. How are your customers expected to feel safe during a pandemic if this is the standard of cleanliness? I’m actually appalled
