So for Day 1 of the #30DayCatholicChallenge, here we go...
1. Physical: Touch your toes 3 times, holding each for 5 seconds. Then walk for 10 minutes at your own pace

4. Prayer: Pray the Act of Contrition and Guardian Angel prayers
