How to be successful in meetings.

Become a detective; not an interrogator if you want to convince.
Respect peoples time; the world doesn& #39;t revolve around you.
Without an agenda you are in a "forest without a map".
Your writing and speaking needs to reflect “I can help”.
Questions with “why”, “what” and “how” gets everyone talking.
If you can& #39;t explain it briefly, you aren& #39;t being clear.
Meetings with more than four people are a waste of time.
Negotiations can be like a battle; do not outnumber your client.
Where you sit in a meeting can favour you or play against you.
Focus your energy on the one who is not talking in the room.
Interrupting someone is a sign of rudeness, you will lose.
Meetings with no “next steps” are a failure. Always follow-up.
