Lies spread about Jennie and why they are not true

First I want to start with the "Jennie is rudе" narrative some people believe.

Can you show me a video of something rudе she did or say? No, because there aren't any. Just because she doesn't smile 24/7 just to please you and fit your expectations of a 'sweet woman' doesn't +

mean she is in any way 'rude'.

Also, people need to stop believing and spreading this false narrative just because they don't like her for some unknown reason. She is not 'racist' 'bully' 'selfish' 'heartless' 'mean' and every other lie you like to believe. Get over it!

Jennie is such sweet and caring person and if you actually took the time to research about her instead of believing the lies spread about her on Twitter, you would know it.

"Jennie is lаzy" is one of the worst lies people love to spread about her

It all started 2018 when she didn't "give 100% of herself" on a performance and people started to call her lаzy.

1. We don't know what happened in her personal life
2. We don't know all about her health

3. SHE IS A PERSON BEFORE AN IDOL! She's allowed to have bad days and not feel well

We all also know her ankle is not well since predebut. She has hurt the same ankle 9~ times since then. In their debut days, she hurt it on the prerecording and even had to go to a hospital

In @BLACKPINK's 2018 Japan Tour Jennie hurt her ankle again. In the send-off after the concert she was seen in a wheelchair, with bandaged ankle, because she couldn't walk

On @BLACKPINK's concert in Osaka in 2018, during whistle Jennie fell down the stairs and twisted her ankle. You can really see it bend badly

A woman hit Jennie's ankle with her luggage at the airport. Some people say it might have been on purpose but it's not sure.

All those 3 happened in the span of 1 MONTH.

There are more times she has hurt this same ankle through the next years.

Jennie also has motion sickness, panic attacks, allergies, weak stamina, low pain tolerance and other health problems which much or less affect her performance and daily live in a way

She worked hard for her debut and even helped her members along the way to become what they are now. One of their back up dancers had to stand up for her when the hate towards Jennie was getting too much. All she did was praise her and say how sweet and hardworking person she is

And because of all this hate, we had to witness Jennie apologizing on her own birthday for things she never did and things that are not up to her to decide

I dare you to go on stage in front of thousands of people, with hurt ankle which barely allows you to dance and walk, even more stand up, while knowing you'll be hated for that later and can't do anything about it. It would make you feel pretty bad, don't you think?

Now let's go to the "Jennie is рrivilеgеd" "YG рrincеss" narrative

At first sight, for some people it may look like that when they look at everything from the surface and read about it all over twt, but if you dive deeper, you'll see that there is nothing like that.

One of the things people love to call Jennie "рrivilеgеd" for is her getting a solo first.

That ain't in any way a "рrivilеgе", especially in the time when she got the most hate and everyone were waiting for her to make a mistake to hate on her more. SOLO had to be perfect.

Which brings us to:

1. All the pressure that was on her shoulders at the time. She had to do perfect or she would have dragged her and the group's image down and even ruin their chances for a good solo debut in the future

2. Being first also means having smaller fanbase than +

the other members would have on their debuts, which means she had to rely on GP also, and with the scandals she was in at the time, SOLO could have easily flopped, but it didn't, thank God

3. Being first also means that she probably won't have a solo comeback until all the +

members get theirs, which means that we probably won't see anything new from her soon

4. Jennie is the most popular in Korea so she was the best choice to debut first

5. They may have considered her first because she was the longest trainee. It could have been something like +

a gift for all the hard work she put in this training and the struggles she went through

6. Jennie can sing, rap, dance and catch the eyes of everyone with whatever she does, she can make the stage feel full only by herself. That may be another reason why reason why she is first

Jennie's solo debut was at the same time as Mino's cb/debut (?), she did amazing but YG only posted about her when she dropped at #2, the only promotion Jennie got was michuri which she was INVITED to star in

Jennie worked really hard for her debut. Helped writing the song

And helped choreograph it, practiced constantly for the best results, went on music shows and promotions, produced her own solo diaries ect. She never failed to mention her members and wanted to do great for us and for them

Does she deserve her solo? YES!

Is it a privilege? NO!

Now let's go to the "Jennie said the n word" narrative

As we can see in this video of a YG trainee rapping to the same song as Jennie, she clearly says it. Recently there was another Chinese trainee who also said it MULTIPLE times in a song and not even

once it was censored. YG censors only curse, sexual and inappropriate words.

Just like in Jennie's case here. YG censored the word "pipe", which in the song means "pen!s", later on YG censors the word "smoke" because it's inappropriate

Here is the oh-so-famous part of the song. As we can see and hear, she changed the lyrics from "n word" to "svckass" and that's why YG censored that part (keep in mind she was also underaged then)

Jennie's clothes aren't any better than the other members'. She has gotten recycled, uglee, falling apart, uncomfortable, already used, backup dancers' clothes and don't get me started about the times when her outfits were totally different from the other members' that got her+

Tons of hate from their stans for trying to "stand out", total set up by the stylist Also their stylist always gives her to wear high shoes and heels even tho they know its hard to perform with them and that her ankle is hurt

Jennie the MAIN RAPPER but raps in only 6-7/17 songs. She herself said that she started singing only after debut so she trained 6 years to be a rapper but she's barely given the opportunity to do it

Also she doesn't have the most lines like some people make it look like

Jennie gets tons of hate for about 2 years already but YG never made a move to protect her even ONCE

She gets lies spread about her, de@th threats, slvt shaming, body shaming, defamation twts, unjustified hate with thousands of likes, deep fake videos spread around +

Disgusting rumors made up ect ect but YG simply doesn't care enough to protect her

They even set her up more with those dаting nеws. Idk if it was real or just some pr stunt, but if it was fake it definitely wasn't the right time to do it. The situation just got worse and she+

got hated for DАTING, which is a totally normal and human thing to do and it isn't a "scаndal" in any way possible

I won't go deep into brand deals and endorsements bec I don't know all the people and places she had worked with, but I know there are actually not that many

Jennie barely or not at all goes to any public events, variety shows, radio shows, rapping/singing/dancing shows ect ect

She doesn't do any rapping/singing/dance covers and videos

Most of the time she gets plain, barely there make up

YG deleted her debut teaser pics in his Instagram account

Jennie has the least screen time.

Jennie was thee only member that didn't get any TV appearance during 2016-2017. Her first variety show for the first time was in 2018, 2 years after debutt

There are so many things I probably missed but you get the point. All those lies spread about her are just this - lies. There are literal proofs against them but people still somehow choose to delude themselves.

THE ONLY THING SHE DOESN'T DESERVE IS ALL THE HATE SHE GETS!

Literally everything else she has, she has deserved it with her hard work and good heart. Stop the hate. It's unjustified and I promise you, it's not worth ruining her mental health just to make yourself look "cool". It just shows what toxic and rotten person you are.
