FM Says a "laser focus" will be needed to create green jobs and this years legislation will look at establishing a National Care Service in Scotland. Will also tackle child poverty with the a new Scottish Child Payment.
FM says we must do everything possible to control Covid-19 without another national lockdown.

11 new walk in centres will be established across Scotland by the end of October.
A new Protect Scotland app will be launched to notify and give advice to people exposed to Coronavirus.

It will work with proximity contacts meaning it can notify you if you've been exposed to the app by people you don't know.
The FM has urged everyone to download the app when available.

Glasgow's NHS Louisa Johnson will be kept open this winter.

PPE stocks have been increased with products made in Scotland.
Nicola Sturgeon has called again on the UK Government to extend the furlough scheme to further support the economy through the pandemic.
The Scottish Government is to invest £60 million "Youth Guarantee" to ensure young people have a job, training or a further education place.

the FM says that youth unemployment won't be a legacy of Coronavirus.
A further £10 million will be earmarked for the recruitment of apprentices who have been made redundant.

A further £25 million has been earmarked to help 10,000 people retrain in growth areas.
A new Centre for Workplace Transformation is to be set up to look at where work takes place - a longer term commitment to at least some home working in the future.
The FM says a range of measures will be brought in to protect tourism, creative industries will be brought in saying these sectors are key to Scotland's Future.
The FM says £32 Billion in infrastructure over the next five years.

This will include investment in digital infrastructure of over £600 million so every property in Scotland can access high speed broadband.
A new initiative called "Connecting Scotland" will provide 50,000 people with devices, unlimited internet and two years of support to end what the FM calls "digital exclusion".
The Scottish Government will upscale the use of digital means to access health care.

The NHS "Near Me" video consultation service will become the default method of accessing medical care.
£500 million will be invested in the next five years to promote active travel.

Low emission zones in Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow will be implemented by 2022.
There will be a review of adult social care in Scotland with the aim of creating a National Care Service for Scotland.

The Health Secretary will speak on this later.
Investments will be made into the Police and Fire Service.

Community Sentences for certain crimes will also be expanded.

Women's prisons and custody centres will also be focused upon.
The Scottish Government will also put forward a Domestic Abuse Bill to protect victims across Scotland.
The Housing First initiative will also be expanded.

Further protections will also be put in place to protect those affected by housing issues due to Coronavirus.

The SG will also invest £300 million into the housing sector to support 10,000 jobs.
The Scottish Child Payment will give eligible families £10 per week for children up to six - before rising to children under 16.

A winter fuel payment for children will also be implemented.

FM says the SG is determined every child has the best start in life.
The free childcare commitment the SG planed to implement before the pandemic will also continue after being paused in lockdown.
The SG will also implement the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The FM says it is the "most ambitious" piece of legislation to pass through the parliament.
