I interviewed over 50 people and I pulled the plug on it before releasing the first episode.

2018: I wanted to interview people who were REALLY good at making shit happen and maximizing their leverage in life.
The Problem: There are like 1000 podcasts that do just that, and they do it well.

The depth that @Jason dives into with tech entrepreneurs and investors is second to none.
And the way that @LewisHowes turns interviews into key life lessons is brilliant.

In short, I didn& #39;t see a way to truly break out from the crowd in the podcast/interview world.
So I kept talking working at my business:
One time conversations with with normal people.
Entrepreneurs and people thinking about starting businesses who need guidance.

It& #39;s now 2020 and I& #39;ve got over a thousand of these conversations under my belt.
I really love doing these calls. They are one of the great joys of my life.
So I decided to say fuck interviewing the rockstars of life.

I& #39;m not going to jump into the bubble of influencer circle jerking. (Don& #39;t get me wrong, I love listening. I just don& #39;t want to participate)
I& #39;m going to help normal people. That& #39;s the show.
I& #39;m going to keep doing what I& #39;ve been doing. Only now the calls are public, and free.

1) Help the person I talk to define their dream.
2) Make sure the dream is clear enough to become a vision.
3) Work back to today and figure out what they can do right now to get started.

Anyways, that& #39;s it. That& #39;s what has changed. I am no longer going to interview the people who "have made it".
I am going to be a sounding board for those who are about to start, or are lost on their path.
