How easily could your yearly plan transition into a blended learning model?

I recommend designing and on-boarding your digital hub/strategy to parents/students asap

Start observations/conversations right away not simply for assessment but to set expectations

...
Having a hub right away will eliminate any confusion for parents. Setting up a communication plan with parents is key and knowing what works/worked well last year will help.

Formative assessments digitally ill show students how to succeed if not face to face.
You may also wish to set up a schedule of tools you will introduce. IE (Week 1: Classroom) (Week 2: Jamboard) (Week 3: Flipgrid) ....

The more tools you can integrate early (in a playful way) the more UDL you can employ in a blended setting.
As you introduce tools playfully, then you can begin to weave in curriculum.

Flipgrid, Book Creator, Jamboard, Epic Books, Seesaw, MyBlueprint, Peardeck, Minecraft Edu are all cross-curricular and work across grade levels.

Start small, but always intentionally build out.
