Just a little primer on how
@RepDaveJoyce “supports the troops” when he thinks no one is watching.
TL:DR: he doesn’t.

Joyce voted NO to expanding healthcare to all veterans who lost coverage due to COVID.

Joyce voted NO to Increasing aid for disabled veterans during the COVID crisis.

Joyce voted NO to allowing the VA to provide transportation, purchase food, shelter, telecommunication equipment, clothing, blankets, and toiletry items for homeless veterans.

Joyce voted NO to streamlining rental assistance vouchers in order to rapidly house veterans during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Joyce voted NO to suspending VA debt collection activities during the COVID crisis.

Joyce voted NO to opening up Vet Center mental health care and services for National Guard & Reserve members who deployed in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Joyce voted NO to $323M for DoD Sexual Assault Prevention and Response programs.

Joyce voted NO to prohibiting Defense funds from being diverted away from the military and to the border wall.

Joyce voted NO to $1.4B in COVID response funds for the military.

Joyce voted NO on HJRes 76, making it harder for vets who were defrauded by for-profit higher education institutions to access federal student loan forgiveness.

Joyce voted for allowing vets deemed mentally incompetent to purchase firearms & ammo—despite 4200 veteran deaths via self-inflicted gunshot annually (suicides are 20% more likely to be caused by self-inflicted firearm injury for vets than non-vets)

Joyce voted NO to a $15/hour minimum wage which would have given 2 MILLION Veterans a raise.

Joyce has remained silent on the President’s failure to protect deployed troops.

Shall I go on,
@RepDaveJoyce?
Vets aren’t political props, sir.
I’m committed to ensuring that America’s promise to our military servicemembers is a priority ALL the time. Not just when it’s convenient.
