1. Laycon's Consistency in Promoting his music: This is his heartbeat. He put in so much work, as far back as 2013. He's getting the needed audience more than 7 years later.

His songs have garnered over 2million plus streams since he came on the show. Commendable

2. He's defended his ability to sing and perform as an artist. He won three music task, back to back, in one week. Airtel, Tom Tom, Hawaii. Even though he didn't win the Pepsi task, he put up quite a performance

Everyone on this street can attest that he's good at what he does.

3. Energy on the dance floor: There's never a dull Saturday party for Laycon. The first party, he trended worldwide. I laughed so hard that day. He's got quite a ginger. No dulling at all.

4. His Confidence Level: You can never intimidate Laycon. You can't ridicule him.

You give him a bad outfit, that nigga will wear it and have his fun. He no send anybody.

If you come for him in a demeaning manner, he will catch cruise untop your head or outrightly shut you down.

His confidence level is on steroids.

It wows me.

5. His Ability to Work with anybody on a team: If you give Laycon a mad person, he'll work so well with the mad person and the mad person will shine.

He's a superb team leader. He works with patience, knows how to manage people, and encourages his team members

6. His smart: Laycon is book smart, knowledgeable on so many topics: music, sports, science, philosophy, history, animals, and a bit of so many things.

And the cute part is that he talks about things in an interesting and non-boring way. Have you listened to him talk about animals? You'll legit think he's discussing about human beings.

9. He's a die hard loyalist. Once he promises that he's got your back, he's got it. And once he likes you, he'll keep talking about you, and sing your praises. Ask Lilo

10. Gentle Aura: He's so peaceful. No too much gra gra, except on the dance floor.

11. Laycon has never sold a pity strategy. My guy does not talk about poverty or in any way refer to his financial status. He hardly ever talks about his family. However, we know he loves his mum so much.

12.He appeals to diverse people: street smart people, intellectuals,

people who are struggling with self esteem issues and are trying to build their confidence, musically inclined persons, and people who generally want to see him succeed in his career because he's put in the effort in promoting himself.
