today is september 1st which means it’s the start of national suicide prevention month, throughout the month i’m gonna post resources on touchy subjects such as parental abuse, sexual assault, depression, and etc.
i will be starting school friday, i’m not sure how filled my schedule will be but i promise i’ll keep posting all month. some topics will be longer threads than others, depending on how many experiences i personally have been through and the resources i manage to find..
i’ve made a schedule of the days that i will be addressing these topics. it might change because of school and etc. so i just ask you guys to bare with me on that... but so far here is what i’ll be addressing:
September 3rd- Sexual, physical, and emotional abuse from parents

September 8th- Sexual assault and my experience

September 15th- Toxic relationship signs (that can lead up to trust issues)

September 22nd- Bullying and body image

September 29th- Sexuality and gender identity
also,,, i’m not a mental health specialist (obviously) but i promise to do my research on these subjects and give you guys the best resources i can :)
i love you guys, gals, and enby’s so so much and twitter really has changed my view on life, so i wanted to try and help you guys back, even if it’s just a little 💕
