- The field in front = Area of Responsibility.
- The horses = forces at contact

- The charioteer here is empowered, and a decentralised decision-maker in the #TBA.
- Over the charioteer is the chariot commander, who coordinates with other chariots, lets call it #OODA at the theater level.
- Over him is another strategic commander.

#OODA an aggregation of #SituationalAwareness at the #TBA, #theater, up to Central HQ, consisting of feedback going up and directions flowing down, to be converted into execution at each stage.

It is crucial that communication is crisp, concise, clear, fast and secure, protected against elec interference et al.
- authenticated/validated inputs thru multiple sensors in near real-time
- unambiguous directions, decisions and action/execution points flowing down (4/n)
Indiscipline in the above, or 'information leakage' across layers is a possibility due 'fog of war' and adversary action. This will erode the #OODA edge, requiring frequent validation of the loop.
The closer we get to the front/contact lines, info. sec become critical. (n/n)

Some of these are strategic, some tactical, some will encompass both.
