First of all this is a NEPA bill, AEDC Bill so you will inspect and be sure.
The first frame shows a complete Nepa (AEDC) bill that most unmetered customers are familiar with, in other words "more than half of Minna" billing/payment method.

The second frame shows the Tariff plan most residential consumers have, R2 sometimes R3 but nobody i have seen placed on R1.
While the Third Frame shows the Charge rate which is N24.30 per kW of energy allegedly consumed.

Now the big issue...

The table below is our business... The charge remains the same. Thank God! But then, something called "Utilization factor". By 8am i am out till around 7pm. I dont use electricity for morning hours but still @aedcelectricity are allowed to charge and collect that money.
For example kind @aedcelectricity assumes i use 100kW monthly on a schedule of 9am - 1pm and 9pm to 1am. Thats 8hrs. I sleep by 10pm so i actually have peak utilisation of 9pm to 10pm which is just 1hr. Instead of N2430 my bill is ideally (1/8)*2430 = N303.75k. Give take N500.
Dear Minna people, for those of us that are not metered & still pay our bills, @aedcelectricity extort us of about 800% of what we are supposed to pay. Its only even so due to the new tariff plan by @NERCNG. Before now, an R2 customer enjoying 18hrs/day pays the same as you.
