Ppl r comparing dialogues of two ITV FLs which they said in context of their infertility but that comparison stands nowhere coz d 1st dialogue is explaining d char medical condition whereas d 2nd one is the case of char low self esteem & self doubt which is

also a psychological condition which comes after extreme criticism.Ppl suffering from this have unhappy childhood, unsupportive parents , trauma or abuse , stressful life events such as breakup ,divorce or moving houses etc .

Mishti has dealt with all this so it's natural to say those things...any normal human can lose faith in one's self after suffering so much.
