Retweet 🔃 for reach
#100DaysOfCode #javascript
1. Be experimental: Don't be restricted to a specific niche. Do experiments with your content and tweet about other things apart from your primary niche. For eg: If you tweet about web development progress, start tweeting about some tips, shortcuts, useful concepts of html, css👍🏻
2. Engage with audience: Comment on big accounts with 10k, 20k folks. Share good, informational content, solve their queries, be helpful. Share your relevant tweets in their comment section, have discussions. By doing so, you'll get genuine audience who'll support your content ♥️
3. Share resources: It might take some time to gather info. But, believe me it's all worth it! Dev Community appreciates it! People look upto you, support your content. The main idea is to attract their attention with golden content. Share lists, websites, anything useful 💯
4. Support others growth: If somebody in your timeline shares good news, go and be a part of their celebration. Congratulate them, get their guidance, share and support their content. Mutually, they'll definitely support yours. Keep in mind that⬇️
Connections >> Follower count 🌟
5. Stay in touch with most active twitter devs: One of the most imp. tip, always remember 5 active dev friends >> 50 inactive friends. When you interact with anybody or follow, see their timeline, check their tweet posting consistency, always prioritise interactions with them 👋🏻
6. Be yourself, don't imitate anybody's tweeting pattern or copy their tweet. If you truly want to share, retweet it or retweet it with comment, but never ever copy paste other's content. It creates negative image, distrust and gives bad impression to your audience 📜❌
7. Consistency: Stay consistent in posting tweets if you want to grow fast, you can try scheduling in advance when you're busy. This way, you'll stay in touch with your audience via your content, less chances of getting unfollowed and your followers would start engaging🤞🏻
8. Draw audience, create cross networking web: Add your Twitter account in the footer section of your articles, your github profile, other social media accounts. Draw audience from your other content to Twitter, most likely they'll appreciate and support you on Twitter too 🍻 🎉
9. Tweet humour, memes (It's absolutely your choice to tweet it or not, OPTIONAL): You can't deny the fact that, more than 60% viral tweets are directly or indirectly a programming meme, or a dev joke on javascript, or git, or css. Generates impressions, gives attention 😂
10. Share your growth: When you post about your growth, people engage with your tweet and often a lot of new people follow you to be a part of your journey. Interact with new audience, create connection, perform the above tips and grow 💪🏻
