My husband, new to crypto, bought a product with $BTC, the vendor directed us to pay thru @CoinPaymentsNET.
Vendor website states Waiting on payment. I sent transaction details your team provided. 0 response from vendor
I went back and forth on a support ticket for over a week. Was finally advised, by your support team, to leave the vendor a bad review. I was told the vendor had a great history and great reviews, so a bad review should illicit a response. 🙄 Besides that, there is nothing else
They can do to help. We are out 0.1045 $BTC and no product. Vendor got our $BTC and a bad review. I have not had 1 response to my multitude of emails that went to this “great vendor”

0.1045 $BTC might not seem much to you guys. But in the past 3 months since this transaction
Our jobs haven’t come back.
Our unemployment claim is still stuck in the backlog.
We’re homeless.
I’m still trying to recover from when I got COVID in April.
Bills are piled up and no income in sight.

That 0.1045 $BTC could get my breathing meds, food, or a warm room to sleep
