In 130, Eren told Hisu about the MP's plan to her saying they have no other choice either to fight them or to run away and they choose not to. Hisu said if he has any plans she will go along with it.
When Eren told her about his plans(rumbling), she absolutely disagree, no, they both don't want it but THEY DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE.
Then Eren played the card of "You're the girl who saved me that day, you're the worst girl in the world." Most of the fandom thought that this is Eren's way of flirting but that's not the case for me.
Look at Hisu's face! She's speechless because she realized what he meant. IF SHE DIDN'T SAVE HIM THAT DAY, IS SHE ATE HIM, NONE OF HIS PLANS(RUMBLING) WOULD HAPPEN. Thus, making her the WORST GIRL.
I think after that Eren told her about his plans on how to activate the rumbling using Zeke. But if they didn't come up with a plan Hisu will be turned in to a titan and force to eat Zeke. That time Zeke was with Levi and none of them knows where they are.
So Hisu suggested if she were to make a child so that she could buy Eren the time to find his brother. Why do you think Hisu suggested this? Because she said that she'll go along with Eren and that's the only thing she could do.
After that, Eren accompanied her to Farmer-kun. Hisu looks depressed/lifeless when she's talking to him because SHE DIDN'T WANT IT BUT SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE.
Also here, she's being haunted by the guilt because like I said SHE'S ONE OF THE REASONS WHY THE WORLD WOULD BE DESTROYED.
You might want to ask why Eren protected her all the time? Because Eren don't want to sacrifice her, he cares for her like he cares for his friends.
Eren thought that Hisu is the only descendant of the royal family left but when he found out about his half-brother being royal blood and holder of one of the nine titans. He shifted his target to him. When he heard about the Euthanasia plan+
he decided to follow it because it's his only way to get to paths.
