Bought Samsung Galaxy M01 for my dad from @amazon

Got a faulty handset that shows network bars even without a sim @SamsungMobile
This @SamsungMobile can’t install its own Samsung Smart Switch app for some reason.

Also it comes with 7days replacement policy on @amazon

Will soon put up the video of probably first ever mobile that has network bar without sim.
Ok. So as it comes with 7 day replacement warranty I go to my Amazon app and click on replacement.

But wait it’s not that simple. @amazon asks me to install some app to check the problem. Didn’t work. Then ..

Talk to their technical team. Then ..
Then @amazon technical team says they will arrange a home visit of some technician but then that would happen on 1st Sept.

Ok appointment booked for 1st Sept 10 am to 2 pm.

Kept the mobile ready and explained my daughter about the issues that she needs to tell the technician
I come home for lunch. No technician visited or called. So I checked the @amazon app for status.

And .. the status says visit completed. Even got a message saying the technician visit done. (Didn’t even get a call from technician far from visit)

Now what ...
Ok. The @amazon app might have a place where I can say that the so called completed visit never happened.

No they don’t want to know it.

U can go through the same process of filling another complaint.

The same cycle.

Ohh wait I can request a call back.
Let’s do it ..
Ok. So I placed the call back request on @amazon
Got a call back. No one spoke. No voice for 3 and half mins.

Ok let’s do it again. Great some one picked. And he says “Sir there is some technical issue. Pls disconnect and call again.” No I didn’t say anything yet ..

Some girl picked up. I asked about status of my technician visit. She says it shows pending. I told it shows completed to me.

Ok let me check..

Sorry for keeping u on hold.. will transfer call to tech team.

Sorry sir but the status says technician visited your place and found no problem with mobile.

No one even called me.

Ok then I can arrange another visit tomorrow.

I said i can’t wait for another day. I need to speak to ur supervisor.
Abhishek says the supervisor would also tell u the same thing. I insisted. On hold..

Sir the supervisor is not around right now. Pls call back at 4 pm..
