1.The issue of depression and suicide is becoming alarming and disheartening. Depression is true because our religion has talked about it.

http://2.By  being a Muslim, it means you submit your will to Allah alone and no one else but him (Iman), and you trust that He will make away to free you from whatever is distressing and frustrating you

3.Allah has decreed this world a place of trials and test, He no promised us a perfect life rather promised that ease must come, we just have to be patient. "Verily, For every hardship ease must come" Quran 94:6.

4.Not everything will go as you expect in your life. You may have reason to rejoice one day, then reason to feel sad for many other days; This is why you need to drop expectations, and go with the flow of life.

5.Sometimes you ask yourself why am I here? What's the point of my living? Why is this happening to me? It's okay as a human to have all these feelings but remember the purpose of your life. Allah says: "Did you think We created you without any purpose?" Quran 23:115

6.Allah created us to worship him. The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) says: " الدنيا سجن المؤمن" (This Dunya is a prison for Mu'umin) and Allah test people whom he loves most. Before you had that problem, Allah SWT already had provide it's solution for u, you just have to believe that.

7.Make a resistant to existential emptiness, focus on taking control over your life to make the most of it according to the purpose it was given to you for. "SUICIDE IN ISLAM" Allah in the Qur'an says: "And do not kill yourselves, surely God is merciful to you" Quran 4:29.

8.The Prophet Muhammad SAW also said "He who commits suicide by throttling shall keep on throttling himself in the hell fire forever and he who commits suicide by stabbing himself shall keep on stabbing himself in the hell fire" Narrated by Abu Hurairah.

9.Islam clearly prohibited suicide, there is no mention of suicide as martyrdom. So why kill yourself end up ruin your life here and hereafter?
