Jane emigrated to Australia as a child. Her father Charles served 2 different governments-Canada and Australia. He is known for designing and engineering the guidance system for the Bloodhound Missile in Canada before Whitlam procured him for Oz.
In Australia his missile guidance systems were used at Woomera. The British tests at Maralinga killed and injured many Aboriginal people and the legacy left in the poisoned ground

So of course it was natural that Jane and her brother Phillip would follow him into the public service. But what many forget about Jane is her role in the Children Overboard Affair,

Janes role in the Children Overboard Affair is highly questionable because she was accused of lying in the Senate Committee Hearing into the affair. That she did not hear that the info that refugees were throwing children overboard may not be true
In fact, she was in the room when an Army sergeant was heard saying that they should hold off releasing this info as it may not be an accurate and true source. Other threads point out Janes membership and roles in the WHO, CEPI, Event 201, so I’m not going to go over what we already know. But the thing I find strange is that it says it is all sovereign Australian owned but the Moelis group is a subsidiary of international Moelis group. Additionally it’s worth noting that it became the Aus Gov cyber security in July this year 2020.

So there you have it, Jane is carrying on her fathers work, will she be called the Tsar of Australias Health and Hotels and oh one last thing... a connection to care for the elderly? I can’t seem to find it but my original searches found that...
Either Moelis or Vault also has an arm in Artificial Intelligence and how it can be used for nursing homes. Smart watches for the elderly. Sounds like they would monitor the aged thru a watch rather than a real human carer.
