I just looked at some studios in Santa Barbara and I don’t know how the fuck we are supposed to finish our PhDs in this place when they kick us out of the 1-year-only guaranteed university housing... I am starting my 2nd year already...
How tf is a 500 square feet apartment rent over 2,000 dollars? And it’s not even furnished, or nice or new... it looks like a place you would murder someone...
