Whan a case, esp. a high profile case is handed over to the central investigating agency. The responsibility & onus is multifold.
Three agencies have been roped in this one. There are pointers of disappointment, while I am in sync with emoticons of millions. 1/n

Three agencies have been roped in this one. There are pointers of disappointment, while I am in sync with emoticons of millions. 1/n
The constant demand of arrests is not the need of the hour, take a step back and look at it. Any or all investigating agencies have to work from the ground all the way up. This case has turner murkier by the hour, we have witnessed many turns unprecedented or expected 2/n
Even before CBI was approved, not to forget the global movement to demand one, was finally approved by the Supreme Court, within days we saw an outrage demanding arrests for those under “Question” yes, IPC works like this, innocent until proven guilty. The charges have to be 3/n
Established by the agency to file a chargesheet. ED had walked in soon after the FIR was registered in Bihar by SSR’s family. ED works differently- per ED, if someone ~ individual or entity is under the scanner and a probe begins is considered guilty until the person/ entity 4/n
Furnishes evidence otherwise to prove self innocent. Reiterating the difference ~ CBI works per IPC, innocent until proven guilty, where the pleader has to prove the accused guilty, ED ~ counts the person guilty until the person in question proves innocence. 5/n
Hence, CBI has to take the time to establish a concrete case. Else, basis speculations an arrest to interrogate would soon be granted bail in the court, a plus for the accused lawyer who would await a weak link. This needs to be understood by us. We need the truth to surface 6/n
For truth, CBI has to rattle & grill the prime suspects hard and long to ensure they don’t turn “ Hostile” in the court soon after. Hostile ~ I gave my statement under pressure of the interrogation team/officer. Something we have seen more frequently than less. 7/n
The wait has been long, while the acts of the Mumbai Police can only be condemned. For they did not probe the cae at all & let the window open for evidence tampering. There is a major amiss and that has been accepted in the highest court of the country. With what is available 8/n
With the CBI today calls for harder probe to establish the entire sequence of events & what led to the heinous crime. Sandip Ssingh isn’t out of the radar at all, for he is one man who rushed the whole process on the fateful day of 14th & then 15th, while the last rights 9/n
Of the actor were performed in a jiffy unexplained. However, before getting to Sandip Ssingh those present in Sushant’s life and in the house are the front line suspects. He would follow suit & be summoned for questioning soon. Until the investigation reaches him, we should 10/n
Keep our faith in all three - ED, CBI and NCB to work the case from all possible angles and leave no loose end for a derail later. Post arrest, the accused has to be presented in the court, where the lawyer would bat with all his might for a bail. Then we would loose. Why? 11/n
It would lead to change of hands in the investigation, since the agency would have presented a chargesheet & basis it lawyers from both sides would counter the case in a long loop of dates. Again, not something new to anyone of us. It is my personal humble request to readers 12/n
Of this thread, please reconsider & hold your faith firm in the investigating agencies. It is their responsibility too to ensure public faith is reinstalled in law and judiciary of the country, rightly called out by the SC in the judgment while passing on the case to the CBI 13/n
Also, please accept my apologies for any crucial miss in the thread if any. This is an effort to help a lot of us out here, why the painful wait we have to witness each day. 68 days versus 12 days of CBI. The truth will surface and we will continue to fight for justice. 14/n
Will wrap this up with one of Sushant’s quotes:

the difference between
what is miserable,
and that is spectacular,
lies in the
Leap Of Faith..
