How many of you have been in a relationship as a result of a TOTAL STRANGER saying hi to you on the street?

Do they know guys who met wives through saying "hi beautiful" to every woman who walks by minding her business?

I've met a girl on my commute, but we were eye-flirting before I made a move. We kept looking at each other on the train and I mouthed/motioned that her lipstick was nice. When she said thanks, I gestured to the seat next to me and she took it. I didn't yell NICE LIPSTICK.
