(3/4) Team or program? There’s a difference between being a professional learner & living a growth mindset. If we don’t have actionable takeaways that we can scale to the needs of our athletes, did we truly learn & develop or was it all show for the optics of growth?
(4/4) Just like there’s usable Exit Velo & usable bat speed, is there usable professional development? Learning is the easy part, actually applying what we learn is the part that separates us as coaches. Scaling, action, & application are the true competitive advantages.
