My friend ordered a Backpack of One8 brand. When the Product was delivered He was not-
Available at home for receiving the product so the Courier boy delivered the product to his neighbor as my friend told him to do it.
Now When he came home and opened the package, And first thing he noticed that the backpack he received was defective. Please follow this thread-

Now the first thing my friend did was he placed and return request on 21st august.
Now from that day the @MyntraSupport People are not accepting his return request and talking round & round to him.
They are saying that-
The Product they delivered was not defective. They could not accept the return request. Now Please tell me who is going to help. The Product received was already defective. We have whole thing with us.
