Trump on the mainstream press: “At some point I will not be president. Hopefully that’ll be in five years from now. But I will not be president. And they’re gonna die. They’re all going to die. Can you imagine if they had to cover sleepy Joe Biden? It won’t be very much fun.”
Trump responds to Biden saying that this violence is happening in Donald Trump’s America: “If it weren’t Donald Trump’s America... you would have riots like you’ve never seen,” the president says.
Trump says on Fox News: “Black lives matter is a Marxist organization.”

“First time I ever heard of Black Lives Matter, I said that’s a terrible name. It’s so discriminatory. It’s bad for black people. It’s bad for everybody.”
Trump: “Every time I put ‘law and order’ up on social media it gets such an incredible positive response.”
. @IngrahamAngle asks Trump who he thinks is controlling Biden.

“People that you’ve never heard of. People that are in the dark shadows.”

She says that sounds like conspiracy theory.

DT: “They’re people that are on the streets. They’re people that are controlling the streets.”
Donald Trump: “I know the suburbs of Westchester was ground zero for what they were trying to do. They were trying to destroy the suburban beautiful — the American dream really. They want low income housing. And with that comes a lot of other problems, including crime.”
Trump, asked about his problems with women voters, argues that women want security and that suburban women don’t want low income housing; he claims that @CoryBooker (??) would be in charge of that under Biden. And he adds, “The stock market will crash.”
In this Fox News interview, Trump has gone from bashing Biden as a tool of the violent left to faulting him for writing the ‘94 law that has been criticized as too tough on crime.
“The prosecutors in New York are out of control. They’re out of control,” says Trump, who has come in their crosshairs for a variety of reasons.
Trump says he’s going to “give New York a very good shot” in the 2020 election, arguing that he won parts of the state that are “outside of the little circle in the middle.”

(That little circle is New York City, home to more than 40% of the state’s residents.)
Trump is hyping the third quarter economic numbers in context of his re-election: “We’re gonna have a great third quarter. Interestingly, the numbers for the third quarter will come out before the election.”
Trump says he wants another COVID-19 stimulus but argues that @SpeakerPelosi “doesn’t want to give it because that would make the economy a little bit better.”

...which is an odd thing to say because Pelosi’s House has passed a $3.4T stimulus and his WH is fighting to cut it.
