Tom Haverford is extremely homophobic and a capitalist. So he would make the logo of his company a rainbow flag for pride month for that good gay money but still support homophobic companies and hold internal biases as well
Donna Meagle is an ally, does her research, loves and supports her gay friends and never says slurs. Not homophobic
Garry Gergich doesn't know what LGBT stands for nor does he really ever think about it
