I have been getting a lot of questions on how I spread out my portfolio ⁉️

Would you like to see a sector by sector breakdown of my holdings ⁉️

Take a look here 👀

- Thread -
25% Technology

$MSFT - Microsoft
$DOCU - DocuSign
$NOW - ServiceNow
$INTC - Intel Corp

Largest holding here is $MSFT.

I believe in this company and their dividend will only grow in the future.
18% Real Estate

$O - Income Realty
$APTS - Preferred Apartment Communities
$RDFN - Redfin Corp.
$STAG - Stag Industrial Inc.

I am a big fan of REIT's.

They deliver significant income plus offer a chance to get in on real estate at a lower entry point.
13% Consumer Discretionary

$HD - Home Depot
$PTON - Peloton
$SBUX - Starbucks
$TGT - Target

People will not stop buying things no matter their financial situations.

All these companies provide valuable products.

In for the long haul on these.
13% Communications

$T - AT&T

This is essentially my savings account yielding 7%.

I'll take that plus a chance for some growth in price is a nice bonus.
10% Healthcare

$ABBV - Abbvie Inc.
$JNJ - Johnson and Johnson

I keep it pretty simple here.

These are two solid dividend payers that I don't plan on getting rid of anytime soon.
8% Energy

$CVX - Chevron
$XOM - Exxon

Energy has taken a beating over the past couple years.

I'm fine with riding this sector out to see what the future holds in a small portion of my portfolio.

Won't be adding much more here.
5% Financials

$AXP - American Express
$FNCL - Fidelity Financials Index

Financials are a bedrock of the market.

I would like to enhance my portfolio in this sector coming up but for the time being I play it safe with the ETF.
5% Consumer Staples

$KO - Coca Cola
$COST - Costco

I love consumer staples for building solid company holdings with lower risk profiles.

As I get older I will continue to add to this sector when fluctuation and outright growth is less important to me.
3% Utilities

$DUK - Duke Energy

Only one stock in this sector right now.

Utilities are great dividend payers and I would love to put a few additional big names in this section soon.
This portfolio gives me a dividend yield of just under 4%.

I will add to certain positions as we go.

I currently contribute weekly here and make it a priority to buy on 🔴 days.

Adding a new position only occurs after analyzing the company plus finding a price I have planned.
(This is not investing advice)

I wanted you all to see exactly how I break out my portfolio with a variety of risk/safety.

Please don't hesitate to shoot me a DM or leave a comment on what you think!

Hope this helps you get started! 💯
