When the President of the United States essentially says it’s every man for himself, and vigilantes who fight for “his side” are to be saluted for breaking the law, something is seriously broken. He calls himself the nation’s “top law enforcement officer” (he’s not), but... 1/

what has he actually done to quell the unrest in this country? Tear-gas his way to a church for a photo sesh with a Bible, send in unmarked federal troops geared up like they’re fighting ISIS, tweet photos of “wanted” Black people and videos of chaos. He is the president. 2/

Not Joe Biden. But he’s blaming what’s happening on his watch on someone with no governmental authority. And you’re all just letting him do it, MAGA. How can you be that stupid? Can’t you see that he WANTS this? He WANTS a war. And he wants you to fight it. For what? 3/

Some incredibly misguided notion that he belongs on Mount Rushmore? Jeezus, people, wake up! A real president wants peace. The president is supposed to represent everyone, not just red-hatted cultists. A president with empathy would try to de-escalate the situation. Reach out. 4/

But not Trump. Oh no. He saw an opportunity and jumped right on it. His polls were tanking because of his unbelievably bad management of the pandemic crisis. So he exploited what were largely peaceful protests at the start, amped up the violence, and spewed “law & order” crap. 5/

He could not care less about law and order. He breaks the law constantly, and associates with those who do. Hell, he even wishes sex traffickers, murderous dictators, and other reprehensibles well. And order? Please. He LOVES chaos. It’s the only thing he’s truly good at. 6/

P.S. A good POTUS would be getting out there NOW re: Election Day, saying that no matter who wins, there will be a peaceful transition. But he won’t because he LOVES this. He wants fighting & chaos because it gives him power. Don’t give it to him! Stop playing into his hands!
