START 1/ let talk QAnon Telegram ( this will be more stream of consciousness than my usual data analysis). So here we go.

2/ what prompted this was a QAnon Canary island chat I just found. Was created in June but became more active in the past few days

3/ topically the majority of the content is news about Spain and the Spanish Deep state/ what users perceive as the corruption of the Spanish government. I have limited experience with Spanish patriot movements/disinformation but the content appears to be in that veine.

4/ The Spanish QAnon movement is not calling upon the US military to save them (like others e.g. German QAnon) but rather appears to be calling upon local Spanish patriots to fight the Spanish Deep state5

5/ On August 29, QAnon Peru appeared on the scene with 8 chats and channels created on Telegram, as well as a WhatsApp chat, and an Instagram.

6/ Content wise, there is a larger interest than normal in the Reptilian conspiracy theory. It is still a young community and there is little original content and there is a focus on translating or integrating British, German, American and Spanish QAnon content.

7/ narratives are focused on COVID as a hoax or as a way of controlling the population. There is also a fair amount of content from Tommy Robinson channels being shared or translated in the Peruvian and Canary Island channels/chats.

8/ the 18 German QAnon channels/chats have been extremely active over the weekend. Between Friday and Sunday they've produce over 120,000 messages/posts mostly focussed around the protests that occured and the reporting around them.Q

9/ digging through the media will take a while as I will digg through all the posts. Though German QAnon is interesting as there are several calls for the US Military to come Liberate the Germans from the Deep State. Which is opposed to the narratives in Spain.

10/ For comparison, US QAnon Telegram channels produced about 8,000 posts between Friday and Sunday. Following Germany, the largest QAnon Community on Telegram has to be Italy, with Brazil catching up. QAnon latin American is probably the fastest growing communities.

11/ yesterday a bunch of regional Australian chats were created, which are very small (less than 30 members each) gor: Adelaide, Brisbane, Byron Bayside, Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Perth, Sysney, Tasmania, and Cairns

12/QAnon Australian has been sharing alot of content from the ”international tribunal for natural justice" about how COVID is a hoax, or COVID is found in everyone's DNA, or COVID & a COVID vaccine is part of a population reset plan (basically back to narratives from March 2020)

13/ so one red flag is the fact than in QAnon Peru and QAnon lating America channel the Elder Protocols of Zion are being shared in a Spanish translation. 14/ so how does a new country get pulled into QAnon? Well the admin of the new QAnon Peru channels recommends that you follow and watch a whose who of QAnon influencers here is a sample list of who they recommend to watch/listen to for real news

15/ Latin American QAnon appears to be partial to the QVangelicals, which makes sense culturally. Though what is important here is the transnational reach and impact central QAnon figures have accross the globe where they are referenced more than Q/Qdrops

16/ When I am asked about the future of QAnon with or without Q, the power of these influencers always come to mind and cannot be ignored. The wider community relies on central influencers more than Q at times.

17/ there is also a large amount of survivalist and prepper content that has been translated in Spanish for the lating American community, which is not something I have seen as much of in European QAnon Telegram.

18/ Argentinian, Peruvian and Brazilian QAnon are very much into GESARA NESARA conspiracies. They see this as a way of economic recovery post COVID especially for those who are not working due to the pandemic.
