and let's Oikawa stay over at his place while he works things out. Oikawa starts to notice more things about Futakuchi, starts to feel funny around him. Oikawa's stomach flutters, his heart squeezes, and he thinks Futakuchi's bratty grin is adorable. He begins reconsidering +

where his feelings lie and who he actually loves the most. One day, after a late movie night full of bickering and petty squabbles, Oikawa leans in to kiss Futakuchi but Futakuchi stops him, his expression conflicting but overall calm and firm. +

"Don't."

"Why?"

"Don't play dumb. You love Iwaizumi-San."

"But-"

"At the very least, you love him more."

"Futakuchi..."

"Don't say that I don't know how you feel because I know. Anyone could tell."

Oikawa knows deep down that Futakuchi is right, but he has never wanted +

something so badly so he tries again. Futakuchi doesn't fight it this time and let's Oikawa kiss him. But he says one thing before their lips meet. In an almost muted whisper:

"You're selfish."

Two weeks later, Iwaizumi finally talks to Oikawa and ends up asking Oikawa out. Oikawa accepts, and Futakuchi isn't surprised.

That doesn't stop the pain though.
