Today was officially my last day of employment with @NimaxTheatres. Such a wonderful company supported by a wonderful management team. Working here has really helped me grow as a person and helped me come out the other side a better version of myself 1/2
As well as learning I have made wonderful friends along the way. I know redundancy was no easy choice and I fully respect that it is the only way to protect the company moving forward. But Nica Burns truly cares for her staff and that is what made working for her truly wonderful
When this ends, I will go back to work for her. I will go back to the theatre. The Garrick has become a second home to me and has been a place of thorough enjoyment to work. So I'm ending today looking back at wonderful memories over the last few years
The friends I've made, both staff and patrons, the stories I've scribbled into notepads here, the skills I've learn to develop my career and the support everyone has given eachother in both career and life. The Garrick and Nimax will always hold a special place in my heart.
Most of my scripts have been conceived and scribbled down within this beautiful building. My work breathes this place and without it, I would not be who I am. So thank you @NimaxTheatres for giving me this opportunity.
