Based on whatever parameter you want

A misconception about Twitter Lists is that you can send one tweet to all members of that list.

This is FAKE NEWS.

Your lists are simply an organisation tool.

You can categorise them based on whatever you want.

2. 2k - 5k
3. 5k - 10k

Once you have your list categories you can then choose if they& #39;re public or private.
