Consistency is something we FPL managers struggle to put in our FPL Season.The past 5 gameweeks we'll be going strong as Man United treble winners and the next thing we know we're struggling like Derby County 2007-08.

First of all you got to plan gameweeks ahead.People that tell you "One GW at a time "are the same people that plan there GW ahead.We often have one amazing gameweek and the next gameweek we drop massively due to not planning the next 2-3 gameweeks ahead

Have your set and forget players. By set and forget players are the ones you'll put your trust in have a good run.For example you'd sell a player because of fixtures or to get a player to hauled in that week. Next thing we know the player we sold hits...

us with returns.Have short term set and forget players and long term set and forget players. Go with your gut Pick players you trust will be consistent and not just the players for one or two game weeks.When the players you own are consistent your FPL Season will be the same

Lastly Captain picks,the one we all love and hate.Capitan picks could determine how good your gameweek will be and how terrible it will be.Captain picks is something we caught teach or for people to learn but you gotta just pick the player we feel will do well...

We often look at too many stats and captain the wrong player.FPL ain't always about stats but it's also about who you captain.Get your captain right and you're on your way to consistency town.
