I just wanna say that this thread is a summary of his solo career, I really wanted to be able to bring together each of the memorable moments of his career, but for me there are many, so I took what I find most interesting for possible new fans to meet.
His solo career started with the release of his first single, βThis Townβ was released on September 29, 2016, accompanied by a music video. It reached 9th position on the UK Singles Charts and 20th on the United States Billboard Hot 100.
The second single, 'Slow Hands', was released on May 4, 2017. Receiving positive reviews, Billboard described the song as "a mix of R&B and rock". Slow Hands Reached the top 10 in several countries and reached the 11th position on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States.
βToo Much to Askβ was released as the third single on September 15, 2017. The video was released on September 21, 2017 on YouTube.
To promote the album, Niall made a tour entitled Flicker Sessions 2017. He announced the tour, on July 10, 2017, through social networks and his official website. The tour started on August 29, 2017 in Dubai, at the Olympian Theater.
With the release of his first album 'Flicker' on October 20, 2017, Niall was nominated for 'New Artist of the Year'. He won the AMAs.
In the same year Niall was nominated for MuchMusic Video Award for Best New International Artist by IHeartRadio and Best Solo Breakout Camila Cabello and Zayn Malik won.

The Flicker World Tour represents his album Flicker (October 20, 2017). The tour began on 10 March 2018 in Killarney, County Kerry. He visited Oceania, Asia, Latin America, and North America where it concluded on 23 September 2018 in West Palm Beach, Florida.

He also released his second album ββHeartbreak Weatherββ through Capitol Records on 13 March 2020. It was promoted with four singles: "Nice to Meet Ya", "Put a Little Love on Me", "No Judgement" and "Black and White"

Four years ago, Mark McDonnell and Niall held the Horan & Rose charity event. They raised more than $2 million for some incredible charities.
In 2019 Niall visited children in a hospital, he himself wrapped gifts to them and read Christmas stories to them during his visit. He and his friends took part in a charity football game in Mullingar and raised over β¬10,000 to donate to the hospice fundraising event.
