Doc and Marty’s rush to the future in part 2 could easily have made Biff more determined to get Revenge. Are they more responsible for the BiffCo timeline split than first thought?

Remember that Marty comes back to a new present where his dad is more confident and successful due to the changed events in 1955. Biff isn’t a threat, with no negative thoughts towards the McFly family. Nowhere near the sneering old man we meet in 2015.

In fact, the Biff of this new timeline was more of a subservient family friend and Car waking service supplier than bully. Why would he so vehemently double cross Doc and Marty by stealing the Almanac idea, especially when he would never know the benefit?
