I loved my time at New Paltz, but watch out friends, I love you and want you all to have positive learning experiences. This is so ridiculously unprofessional and She really made it so I wasn’t comfortable staying in the class. Y’all deserve better

And then I realized she sent it to a whole slew of people, including people not even teaching at the school AND the chair of my major’s department and I lost it

I’ve never had any issue with my sociology professors, so for this to happen I was deeply hurt and frustrated.

She makes EVERY student she has buy her book. You could be taking feminist theory and she makes you buy her expensive book on poverty in San Francisco

Anyway I highly recommend NOT buying the book Struggling in the Land of Plenty by Anne Rochelle
Hey friends, PLEASE stop harassing this woman. It happened a year ago. It was really messed up, I think it’s important for me to speak up about this, but there is no need to step in. Trust me, the school knows!
