If you really want India to exert soft power and want it's horizon to expand beyond curry and Naan you need organizations backed by the govt to spread our culture and prevent appropriation

This is one of the ways which is crucial and affects citizens of other nations directly
So many of us admire Japan or Russia because they have succeeded in propagating either their ideology or elements of their culture.

Do this and see how things slowly change and who knows people may support Hindutva from outside too
