WHITE PEOPLE IN THE MEDIA WITH POWER.

If you want more diversity, less white privilege & an end to unconscious bias in the UK then DONT JUST TRY & FIX YOUR HISTORIC RACISM WITH BLACK PEOPLE.

YOU NEED TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR RACISM TOWARDS SOUTH ASIAN PEOPLE TOO.

All these panels, hiring of more diverse on & off air talent etc etc means nothing if your ONLY hiring Black people (mostly mixed race at that!?) & only inviting acceptable (to you) voices into the debate.

This country is DIVERSE & MULTICULTURAL & any radical change needs to be implemented in a diverse way & across all multicultural/faith groups.

Your white response to this cultural shift speaks of guilt especially when it comes to Black people (rightly so) BUT don't erase others

Now that the initial hand wringing post BLM has died down its obvious MOST ESTABLISHMENTS & PUBLIC/CIVIC BODIES haven't understood why it went global & are trying to fix their own obvious racist behaviour towards Black people..but wont even acknowledge their bias towards others.

We need a once in a civilisation paradigm shift! Not a messy half baked flaccid revolution.
