BREAKING: Bridgeport police identified the victim of an early morning homicide on Washington Terrace. Karla Bermudez, 22, was killed. Police say she was 23 weeks pregnant, and the unborn child did not survive. @News12CT

Police say around 5:30am Bermudez and a 23-year-old man were asleep in bed when multiple shots were fired into the home, hitting them. The man was shot but survived. Bermudez was rushed to the hospital where she and her unborn child did not survive. @News12CT
