A little while ago Cities: Skylines was free for PS Plus members, sadly when I now look into my library there is a lock next to the name and it says I need to buy the game again. This is most likely caused because I already could play it with PS Now but...

now that Cities Skylines is not available on ps now anymore I can't play it altough I did claim the game when it was free on PS Plus. Why is my game now removed from my library and how can I get it back?
