“Pretty privilege”-getting more opportunities because of your beauty. But nobody talks about the downsides of being beautiful-ppl hating you for that reason alone, ppl trying to drag you down to their level, friends uninviting/unfriending you bc their crush wants u & not them

Ppl tell me the only reason why I’m successful now is solely bc I’m beautiful. Diminishing my hard work and accomplishments. I didn’t get here just bc I’m gorgeous, I got here bc I worked fucking hard. I help women & girls with learning to love the natural bodies they are in.

I’d rather be an Instagram model than a lazy bitch with no job who tears other people down for fun. Idk how people find the time to be negative towards me. I fill my day up to the brim with work, yoga, meditation, & prayer so I don’t have the time to think negatively.

I just pray that ppl suffering from jealousy/envy can recognize that they too can accomplish what others have. Other people’s bright souls shouldn’t lead to the dimness of yours. We are all unique and beautiful in our own ways. Utilize your skills and talents. I’m done ranting
