In March the 4 member band filed a lawsuit against their company J&Star cause they hadn't been payed for 3 years, they were also severely overworked with a very heavy schedule and a lot of pressure to release unfinished songs
The rose didn't even ask for the money that they should've gotten,, they simply wanted their contract to be terminated so they could go on with making music
we didn't hear from them for a while until they slowly started posting again on their personal insta,, and when dojoon, one of the members, enlisted on 6/7
later they made new social media acc (all under the name @TheRoseSound) and they released a song called black rose on 24/8 that wasn't linked to the company
We were hoping that the lawsuit went trough however today the article linked below got released, this states that the lawsuit has been rejected by the court
this means that the rose is stuck with a company that only sees them as money and treats them awfully, they're 4 amazing guys who's passion is making and performing music and they deserve better. J&Star would be nowhere without them and they know it
rn they can use all the support they can get so if you could leave positive messages at their personal insta it would be amazing

even though there is a lot going on rn I totally recommend getting to know them cause their music and performances are absolutely amazing,, this is their latest song black rose
