When advising Kejriwal , Prashant Bhushan , the legal eagle , Kejriwal trusted blindly , asked him NOT to sign the bond and pay fine and go to jail instead.
Without blink of an eye , Kejriwal , went to jail at his advice . 1/n

Later they parted ways.
Later big and dirty politicians filed multiple defamation suits on Kejriwal , in various courts of Punjab and Delhi .
As a CM he will have to keep moving every other day to various cities for court hearings , 2/n

lawyers would cost as much as Rs.1 Lac per hearing in Punjab . As a CM of Delhi , Delhi public needed him to deliver in Delhi .
Ashish Khetan advised and argued that AK must write an apology and get rid of these silly ,time wasting , meaningless , expensive defamation 3/n

suits by Majithia, Arun Jaitely etc.
Kejriwal disagreed and said that he will NOT apologize ,for he did no wrong .But Ashish Khetan pursued him finally to do so as it was in interest of masses of Delhi who elected him and needed him to work on his seat.
He apologized .

Arvind drank all that poison spread by them , as his focus was work for people .

Prashant Bhushan held guilty for a contempt of court which he believes he was NOT wrong ...but now he AGREES to pay the fine and get rid of it .

Why Jail for Kejriwal as his advice but paying the fine when it comes to oneself ?

Reason is that Kejriwal , an ex IRS never thought twice serving leprosy patients at Saint Mother Teresa's ashram , he was never shy of selling the gifts given to him by traders as an IRS on road ,to collect funds for NGO helping poor people , 7/n

he never thought twice quitting his plush & influential job of of an IRS and going living in Sundar Nagri , a slum with no AC ,no clean toilets and a stinking neighborhood ....to understand the slums and their issues .

Kejriwal never blinked his eye when he was advised by his trusted aids , Kejriwal never blinked his eye when resigning from CM's seat merely in 49 days when it was a dream , impossible one for millions of politicians and common man to be at that chair ....9/n

all on matter of principles and matters of heart .
Kejriwal fasted twice , more than 14 days ,without food ,even when diabetic , Kejriwal slept under 3 degree cold in winters on road ,while as Delhi CM .He did not blink twice when asked to contest 10/n

directly against the biggest name in Indian politics during 2014 ,when contesting against Modi would have CERTAINLY meant , zero chances of winning his seat and perhaps END of his political journey almost when it was about to take birth .
