Once again "influencer" is in the news, you know I HATE that term and it is not a job description, but a few things to consider;
1) the Gov was trying to get a message out to the entire population about test and trace, they had to take that where people consume stuff
2) people did a job and got paid, as it entirely right and proper. How many of you retweet 'exposure doesn't pay the mortgage'?
3) are we to move onto the actors who were in/voiceovered other ads? Just need to know who to target next? The directors? The camera operators?
4) they used people whom some will listen to and pay attention to their message, is it not right that is used for a global emergency? Just because you don't watch them doesn't mean they're irrelevant.

Please think a bit before you jump on the outrage wagon.
